What You Learn

Prerequisites
To enroll in the Open Diver Course you must be 10 years or older (eLearning requires an extra registration step for students under 13 years due to international internet laws.

Scuba Diving Medical Form: Download and complete prior to arrival.

If you have any "yes" answers on the front, then "yes" answers on the back, please complete form and bring to your Physician to review and clear you to dive. If you answer "yes" to questions 3, 5, or 10, you must have a medical release signed off by your Physician within the past 12 months. This Medical Release must be filled out by every diver who is doing a class or pool session with Sea Dwellers Dive Center.

$505 plus tax (All-Inclusive) This includes 4 Open Water Dives!!!This covers everything you will need for the in-water portion of the Diver Certification Course which you take here with Sea Dwellers in Key Largo. Note the on-line academic portion of the course requires an additional fee which you pay to PADI when you sign up for PADI Instruction on-line.
