Booking your adventure with Sea Dwellers is quick and easy. To help ensure a smooth experience from reservation to departure, please review the following information before your visit:

• Online Reservations: Booking through our secure website is the preferred method to view live schedules and instantly confirm your departure.
• Deposit Requirements: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your seats on the vessel.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• Final Payment: Balances are typically finalized upon check-in at the dive center on the day of your activity.
• Check-In: Please arrive at our physical location 45 minutes prior to your scheduled boat departure to complete waivers and equipment sizing.

• Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the trip.
• Weather Policy: Guest safety is our priority. If the Captain determines that conditions are unsafe for travel, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Rescheduling: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your trip for the next available opening.
• Refund Policy: If a trip is canceled by Sea Dwellers Dive Center due to weather or mechanical issues and you are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
